Columbia Engineering Career Connect (powered by VMock) is designed specifically to connect employers with our talented engineers based on each student's unique profile and experience. Within the platform, you can post positions, search for profiles of students who meet specific criteria, batch export resumes, schedule interview appointments (either by inviting specific students or allowing students to sign-up), and organize both in-person or virtual events.

Columbia Engineering Career Connect has been built to handle your full-cycle recruiting needs. Starting is as simple as creating a new job posting. From there, employers can screen applicants, or search our pool of engineers to find candidates specifically matched with your hiring needs.

Career Connect's interview scheduler makes it easy for employers to schedule students manually, or allow the system to automatically assign selected candidates to available time slots. Once employers are ready to make an offer, you can do so directly through Career Connect allowing for simple and efficient tracking of all applicants.

One of the most effective ways to engage our students is to meet them and Career Connect offers employers a seamless interface to schedule, plan, market, and host any in-person or virtual events. We have many different avenues, including information sessions, career fairs, office hours, industry round tables, and more.
